SOMA Bodywork series
The 11 sessions of SOMA Bodywork release, realign and re-educate the soft tissue of the body, re-boot your self awareness and reconnect you to life’s potential. This facilitates long-lasting change in the body.
Each session is approximately 90 minutes - $160.
Somassage
Somassage is available to anyone desiring a high quality, relaxing and energizing deep tissue massage. Initially developed as a maintenance massage to address the individual needs of people who had already received the SOMA Bodywork series, Somassage can also act as an excellent introduction to SOMA Bodywork.
Each session is approximately 90 minutes - $160.
Treatment Session
Using the structural integrative techniques of SOMA Bodywork, this session will address chronic health conditions of low back, shoulder, neck and knee pain, tendonitis, carpal tunnel, thoracic outlet syndrome, sciatica and plantar fasciitis.
60 minutes - $110.
90 minutes - $160.
Massage Therapy
Deep Tissue Massage or Swedish Massage to meet the client’s individual needs, from the pampering relaxing experience to a therapeutic experience to treat trauma related to an automobile accident.
60 minutes - $90.
90 minutes - $120.
2 hours - $170.
Chair Massage
Using the advanced techniques of SOMA Bodywork to relieve on-the-job stress and tension and preventing repetitive stress injuries. Available for corporate (either regular or one-time) or sporting events. Please call or email for fee information.
On-site Massage Therapy and Bodywork
